LIMITED WARRANTY

 

DM Premium Optics™ Magnifiers and Mounts are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase when used under normal conditions by the original purchaser. Should any defect covered by the terms of the warranty be discovered within one (1) year from the purchase date, DM Premium Optics™ will repair or replace any defective part provided the unit is returned by the original purchaser, freight prepaid.The liability under this warranty is limited solely to the cost of the replacement parts or the complete unit at our discretion. This warranty does not cover normal wear on parts and does not apply to any unit that has been tampered with The limited warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, negligent handling, or damage due to faulty packaging or mishandling in transit to our facility.This warranty is extended to the original purchaser only and excludes all other legal and / or conventional warranties. The responsibility of DM Premium Optics™, if any, is limited to the specific obligations expressly assumed by it under the terms of the limited warranty. In no event is DM Premium Optics™ liable for incidental or consequential damages of any kind whatsoever.

 

IN THE EVENT OF A RETURN

 

Carefully pack returned items to avoid damage in shipping. Be sure to attach a tag to the item with your name, complete shipping address, phone number, e-mail, and proof of purchase information. Please explain in detail the problems you are experiencing with your DM Premium Optic.
